SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using a fully trackable delivery service so you can follow your parcel's journey

Your tracking number will be sent as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Processing Times

  • Standard orders: We process and pack standard orders within 3 to 7 working days, but please note that this may be extended during busy periods - we'll let you know if your order may be delayed.

  • Custom orders: Custom items take longer to prepare. We will discuss and agree on this timeline with you before you place your order.

Carriers We Use

  • We primarily use Royal Mail for our deliveries.

  • We may also use other trusted couriers if they offer a more affordable option for your order, or if you're ordering from outside of the UK.

Packaging

  • We care about the planet so we don't always use brand new packaging - we may use some recycled packaging to send your items safely, but this packaging will always be vetted first.

  • We only put the delivery details on the outside of your package and our return address. No details of your order will appear unless it is via a customs/legal declaration, or we have a legal obligation to do so.

International Shipping (Republic of Ireland, Europe, United States, Canada, Australia)

  • We ship to customers in Republic of Ireland, Europe, United States, Canada and Australia. For all other countries, please contact us before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for extra customs charges, taxes, or import fees - these remain the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Please check your own country's rules and fees before you buy.

📌 Important Notice for United States Buyers

  • Importer of Record: When purchasing from us, you are considered the "Importer of Record."

  • US Tariff Changes: Following recent changes to US customs regulations, the historic $800 duty-free threshold (de minimis) has been removed. Almost all commercial shipments entering the US are now subject to standard customs duties, tariffs, and carrier processing fees.

  • Payment of Fees: All customs duties, entry tariffs, and local processing fees are 100% the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid to the shipping carrier (such as USPS or FedEx) before your parcel can be delivered.

Damaged Items

  • We'll pack your item well, but if your item arrives damaged or you're not completely happy, please read our Returns Policy for help and next steps.
